Greenfield Brownfield Greenfield Scope of WorkTo Establish University in the New Administrative Capital.DescriptionThe Egyptian firm has earmarked around EGP 6 billion to EGP 7 billion in investments for setting up its first project the Knowledge International Hub.The university will be built in up to 10 years and will be financed by the company as well as through credit facilities from some of the local banks.The company is currently in talks with a number of local lenders the first phase of the project is set to start September 2019. The university is to embrace up to 15000 students by 2028.Almost 27 of the universitys construction work was completed. The first phase of the project spans 27000 metres.
