Description : Construct new vertical water assets and components (water supply pump stations, water booster pumping stations, pressure reducing valve stations, and water storage) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition SCADA including software, hardware, communications, as recommended in the Water Service Network Plan 2014. This capital amount allows for the capital project portion of planning (i.e. predesign, concept, design) as well as the engineering and construction of new vertical assets.
