Project Description
Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Co., Limited ( Weigao or the Company ) is a leading manufacturer of single-use medical consumables in China. The proposed investment is a debt financing package including up to US$250 million equivalent IFC A Loan to support Weigao in (i) expanding manufacturing capacity in consumables products in China; (ii) expanding into Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia, through enhanced sales and marketing activities and localization of product manufacturing; and (iii) new product R&D to expand its product offerings including chronic disease management and health informatics (the Project ).
