Tenders are invited for auction sale of Rolling Stock (null) - Condemned ICF AC Coach No. ER-072139, Type- WACCNH. Qty- 1 No. List of Excluded Items (Mechanical) for Coach (ER-072139): (i) Wheel set with axle and roller bearing & axle boxes with axle box cover- 04 Nos, (ii) Complete Bogie assembly- 02 Nos (including all integral components), (iii) All sorts of helical spring, (iv) Distributor valve- 01 No, (v) Common pipe bracket- 01 No, (vi) Control reservoir- 01 No, (vii) Brake Cylinder (BMBC)- 04 Nos, (viii) Buffer plunger- 04 Nos, (ix) Wearing piece (bronze)- 04 Nos, (x) Lavatory over-head water tank- 04 Nos, (xi) RMPU unit along with all related items. Electrical excluded items are deleted vide Dy.CEE(W)/LLHs letter no- TL/COND/Coach/48/Vol-II, dated- 12/02/2024, hence above mention coach will be disposed through auction sale with all electrical items. Saleable weight included with the following non-ferrous items & non-metallic items of coach. Saleable weight included Non-Ferrous items are: (i) PB- 27.26 Kg of 01 Set Battery (12V). (ii) CU- 114.6 Kg, silicon steel(S/S)- 03 kg & 4.5 kg- (kraft paper, press boards, paints, gaskets, laminators etc) of 1 nos. Transformer. (iii) CU- 1.6 Kg of 02 nos. Monoblock pumps. (iv) AL- 42.88 kg of both side doorway floor of coach. Hence Total non-ferrous items of coach are: (i) PB= 27.26 Kg, (ii) AL- 42.88 Kg, (iii) CU=(114.6 Kg+1.6 Kg)= 116.2 Kg. Saleable weight also included weight of non-metallic items [total weight- 3.5 MT (approx.)]. Non-metallic items like LP/Sunmica sheet, Porcelain basins, Compreg sheets, Limpet Sheet, different types of glasses, including berth coir & Rexines etc. The coach will be sold with maintaining the terms and conditions for dismantling of wagons/coaches at cutting siding NH/Yard line no- 3(OR) vide memo no- 467-NC/15/WPB/BR/594/23, dated- 22/08/2023 with annexure to NOC SL no- 181213 issued by Member Secretary WBPCB. Hence coach should be sold accordingly. Moreover necessary precaution should be taken during cutting/dismantling of coaches and also handling/transporting of cutting materials as NH/Yard is covered under electrified section. The terms & condition laid down in annexure to NOC Sl No of the memo issued by Member Secretary WBPCB as mentioned. The above mentioned condemned Coach is being offered for early disposal through auction sale without excluded fittings (Mechanical) maintaining terms and condition for cutting and dismantling of coaches mentioned vide CRSE/ER/KKKs letter no MC/300/Pt.XX dated 16.02.2024 & 04.11.2025. All the excluded items available in the above coach are to be returned to the Custodian by the Purchaser during return over programme as per extant rule.
