Tenders are invited for Commercial Advertisement rights through Unipoles/ Bridge Panels for OOH-Cluster-C at the sites/ locations at ROBs/ RUBs on the railway land at identified sites (detailed list attached herewith) as mentioned in Site-plan attached herewith. Total size and area of display is mentioned in the list attached. It is clarified that contracts is being awarded following rights based approach. No particular site or available space is being committed in terms of square meter. The advertisement media in identified locations will only include Unipoles/ Bridge Panels. Only static advertising will be allowed on the Advertisement Media. </br> Outsource Waiting Rooms at Panipat railway station- Upgradation, operation & maintenance of AC and Non-AC Waiting Rooms at Panipat Railway Station over Delhi Division with modern facilities, amenities and stall for dispensing of beverages/ light refreshments. Details of Waiting Rooms: Total 2 Waiting Rooms [Station building at PF no.1:- AC Waiting Room as feasibility attached= 254.44 Sq. Meters; Non-AC Waiting Room as feasibility attached= 106.5 Sq. Meters. (one Beverages/ Refreshment Stall in each Waiting Room is permitted of size which shall not be more than 10% of the total area of the respective waiting room including all other allied services permitted in this contract which is Travel Desk, etc).
