The scope of the procurement includes the need for project managers and project specialists at all of the technical works facilities. to join the dynamic purchasing system. the system is open to new suppliers throughout the validity period and the number of suppliers is not limited. the dynamic purchasing system refers to both ongoing needs and assignments in project form. the invitation to tender from dis will take place through renewed competition for each individual need. the invitation to tender via the tender will look different depending on the need for the service and in the invitation to tender evaluation will e.g. take place based on price, competence or experience. possible areas of expertise for project managers: biogas (production and distribution) drinking water production/wastewater treatment waste/fuel management district heating (production and distribution) steam (production and distribution) steam turbines steam boilers (water tube boilers)/pressure vessels flue gas purification carbon capture and storage hydrogen (production, storage and distribution) construction project management areas of expertise which may occur for a technical specialist: process engineer energy process engineer biogas process engineer drinking water production process engineer wastewater treatment designer and/or inspection of pressure vessels/pressure vessel systems (ped) designer plumbing construction of underground infrastructure for biogas, district heating 3d modeling of industrial processes carbon capture and storage contract inspection with competence in ab04, abt06, aba99 and/or ssgelkraft specialist construction management assembly management check-out management commissioning management energy mapping of the property procurement includes ongoing needs of the client within the contract area. for individual projects, the client reserves the right to carry out separate procurement. during the contract period, changes may occur based on group decisions, operational changes, etc. that may affect the need and volume.
