As a supplier of food products and services, you can register in this digital environment as a potential supplier for the various categories: Cheese, Dairy and Eggs / Ready-made products (daily fresh) / Groceries / Non-food products / Meat, Fish, Game and/or Poultry / Pre-packaged products (perishable) / Hot meals.
For each assignment, the province of Overijssel publishes a request for quotation via the system. Each quotation is assessed on price and quality, which varies per category (see further on in the announcement).
