Tenders are invited for The purpose of this contract is to provide support and specialized technical advice during the execution period of the project "PGO - Improvement of the Nororiente Neighborhood", within the framework of the Neighborhood Recovery Program "I Want My Neighborhood", with the aim of strengthening the monitoring, inspection, supervision, and technical control of the works contemplated in the project, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with the technical background, specifications, conditions, and obligations that regulate their execution. The service includes the participation of an advisory professional who will provide technical support to the inspection of the works during their physical execution, continuously monitoring the work, verifying on-site compliance with the projected technical solutions, reviewing the correct execution of the various items and specialties involved, and collaborating in the timely identification of any observations, deficiencies, or situations that may affect the proper development of the project. Furthermore, the contract aims to strengthen the link and communication between the beneficiary community, the executing company, the Municipality, and the SERVIU, with the advisory professional serving as a technical support to channel and guide the inquiries, concerns, and requirements that may arise from the neighbors during the development of the works. The service must include, among other activities, the performance of periodic technical visits and inspections on-site, monitoring the physical progress of the works, coordinating with the Technical Inspection and other professionals linked to the project, reviewing technical background and documentation associated with the execution, identifying and following up on observations, and providing technical information that allows timely support for decision-making during the development of the works. Additionally, when the nature of the project requires it, the advisory professional may provide support in specific technical matters and specialties directly related to the works in execution, contributing to the review and validation of the implemented solutions and the results obtained, in accordance with the approved background and the technical conditions established for the project. The advisory professional must maintain permanent coordination with the Technical Inspector of the Work, supporting the monitoring and control tasks, participating in on-site visits, coordination meetings, and other technical instances necessary for the proper development of the project. Furthermore, they must collaborate in the collection, review, and delivery of the background and technical documentation related to the execution of the works, keeping a record of the activities carried out and the relevant situations detected during the process.
