Tenders are invited for The subject of the investment is the execution of planned multi-apartment construction with public rental apartments, an accompanying underground garage, external arrangements, traffic arrangements, parking areas, connections to public utility infrastructure, and accompanying common, technical, and auxiliary spaces in the Tezno area of the City Municipality of Maribor. Approximately 46 to 50 residential units are to be constructed, intended for providing public rental apartments, along with all necessary arrangements for the functional, legal, technically appropriate, and rational execution of the investment. The aim of the investment is to obtain quality, functional, energy-efficient, sustainable, and long-term rational public rental apartments designed in a way that allows for economical construction, effective maintenance, adequate quality of living, and execution of the investment in accordance with mandatory requirements for green public procurement, particularly regarding efficient energy use, the use of renewable energy sources, sustainable materials, and the use of wood or wood products as sustainable building materials.
