lot-0001, title: relaunch and maintenance of the dsee website, description: the subject of the service is the relaunch of the websites www.deutsche-stiftung-engagement-und-ehrenamt.de and www.machen-wettbewerb.de operated with wordpress based on the government site builder (gsb) of the federal administration according to the current technical conditions (details see 2.1.3). the services to be provided by the contractor are divided into two phases: service phase 1: it begins with the conclusion of the contract, includes the go-live of www.deutsche-stiftung-engagement-und-ehrenamt.de and www.machen-wettbewerb.de at the latest by 12.12.2026 (stage 1, see chapter 3.5) and ends with their acceptance. this phase includes the following services: - conceptual further development of both websites in terms of content, editorial, design, structural, and technical aspects as well as the integration of new functionalities that arise - implementation of the conceptual further development and go-live of both websites - the specific requirements for this are listed in chapter 3.5. service phase 2: it begins with the go-live of both websites at the latest by 12.12.2026 and extends over the entire contract duration. the contract duration is at least 24 months and is automatically extended up to two times by an additional 12 months each. phase 2 includes the following services: - provision of the necessary technical support services (hosting, operation, and maintenance) - consulting and support by the contractor as needed for conceptual and technical further development of the websites editorial - support and assistance in content creation further development (stage 2 as listed in chapter 3.5) the live launch of the updated websites must take place in coordination with the client at the latest by 12.12.2026. any open work packages from service phase 1 that do not hinder the go-live must be completed immediately thereafter. the complete acceptance of the websites takes place after the completion of all tasks from service phase 1. this will lead to a temporal overlap of service phases 1 and 2. a maximum budget framework of up to €500,000 gross is available for the services described in this service description for the year 2026. there is no entitlement to full utilization of the budget framework. the client reserves the right to prioritize, reduce, or optionally call off service components. the budget includes all costs for all services and fees incurred, including ancillary services. the requirements listed in this service description describe the essential scope of services of the project. they are to be interpreted in the sense of a functional, complete, and operational implementation of the websites. all services necessary for the contractual implementation of the described functions, for compliance with legal requirements (especially accessibility, data protection, and it securi
